Wash the snails, boil them and wash them again after boiling.
- Cut the rabbit, add salt and pepper and fry until golden brown.
- Make a sauce with: onion, garlic, tomatoes, bay leaf and a little hot pepper.
- Add a little sherry, put it all together and cook over a fire.
- Chop the almonds, hazelnuts, garlic, biscuits and rabbit liver, adding this ground before finishing cooking.
